Seaweed collected on a voyage between Sydney and London, 1905. Loch Ryan, the ship from which it was collected, was one of a group of clippers of the Loch Line managed by Messrs William Aitken and James Lilburn, Glasgow, from 1867 to 1911. These sailing ships took passengers and goods between the United Kingdom and Australia. On display at Trinity House.
